Here are some more shots from the last post. These two were so easy going and willing to try anything. I had alot of fun shooting them. I love the new location that we went to (nevermind that we almost were killed by a train haha), not really it wasn't on the track we were on. Rebecca and Davis adopted this beautiful little angel and now they are an eternal family. I had the honor of photographing the day for them to remember always....as if they needed help right. Hopefully you remember my first post on here of my niece and the couple that were adopting her baby. Well it's been 6 months and the adoption is final! I was honored to be at the Temple to take some pictures to remember the day they were all sealed together as an eternal family in the Oquirrh Mt. Temple. My niece could not have picked a more loving couple to adopt. They have been as much a blessing in her life as Liam has been to theirs. Congratulations you guys! I hope you like the pics.

Paz & Bob wedding

I finally shot my first wedding! I was so excited and nervous to do this one. This happens to be my besties nephew and his beautiful bride. I had a lot of fun shooting this wedding. I got to hang out with some of my favorite people. It started to snow while we were shooting at the Temple, you can see the snow in some of them. It was very cold but Paz was such a trooper. Thank you so much for letting me share in your special day and hopefully I was able to make some memories you'll cherish for a lifetime. Congrats you two!

Last November I took my step daughter and her fiance out to do a photo shoot for their Christmas cards. I'm a little slow getting them put here on my blog. We had a lot of fun but it was very cold so it was a quick session. These two are so cute together. I hope you guys have an amazing life together. I love you both!

Tiny baby "T"!!!

I was so excited for this photo shoot. This is my new little nephew. Now when I say little I mean "little". He is such a tiny little guy. Take a look at the size of his head next to his brothers and in his daddy's hands. His big brothers are VERY protective of him. In fact his oldest brother wouldn't let anyone but his immediate family hold him. We'll see how long that lasts...LOL. Some day soon when "T" is following him around he'll change his mind I'm sure. He's going to have to be a tought little guy to be able to survive his older brothers.

The sweetest little girl ever!!!

I finally got to meet my best friends little girl. She is now 8 months old. She has the sweetest personality. She is probably THE happiest baby I've ever met. We had a lot of fun making the cute flowers for her headbands (someday she'll have hair to clip them in) . We didn't have much time together so I just snapped a few pictures before they had to leave again. I miss my bestie very much. I wish we could live closer together so we could see each other every day. Here are a few pictures from our day together.

What a cute little family. These kids were so adorable. It was quite cold outside and they were such troopers. The little one had a harder time with it but we managed to get some good shots of her. Well here he is finally! Some of you may remember the pictures I took of my niece Brie and the adoptive couple Brittany and Que. This is the little angel they have been waiting for. He is the cutest little "squishy". He was so good to just lay there and let me take his picture. He was wide awake the entire time. Although I really would've liked to get some shots of him sleeping. This was my very first attempt at taking pictures of a newborn. I hope I get to have a lot more practice with them. I really enjoyed it a lot. Hope you like them!

I had so much fun doing this photo shoot. This family has so much personality. The kids are just as sweet as can be. They were perfect little models for me. Especially Emma the little red head with georgous green eyes. She loved the camera! We spent the evening at Wheeler Farm. How georgous is this family!!?

It is so great when I get to hang out with old friends. This is the family of a girl I worked with at a previous job. She is such a fun girl and georgous to boot, get a load of those eyes. Her brother was leaving on his mission 3 days later to one of my favorite places in the world.....Seattle, Washington. (I've gotta a say I'm a little jealous.) This family was a lot of fun to work with. Although I don't think the boys wanted to be there very badly...which is not unusual for boys I guess.

Thanks so much for choosing me to take your family pictures, I hope you like them. Also big "shout out" to her sister-in-law's parents for letting us use their property to take the pictures. It was perfect, too bad all the leaves fell of the trees a few days before we got there. Notice they are all on the ground HAHA!

I had so much fun doing this shoot. This is my amazingly beautiful cousin and her sweet family. Her daughter is the most precious little angel ever. She just grinned the whole time and was so good..and patient. Her little boy had more energy then 20 people combined I think. He absolutely loved getting his picture taken. Everytime I put the camera up to my face he would stop what he was doing, say "cheese" and give me the biggest grin. We did this shoot up Hobblecreek Canyon.

This is my niece and the couple that is adopting her baby boy. I was so excited to be able to do this for them. They are going to be the best parents. This is the shoot that inspired me to do adoption photography. We did this in two shoots. The first one was at the historic Garden Ward Chapel in SLC the second one was in the foothills in Pleasant Grove.

We had a lot of fun at the park the other day. My daughter Kalysta and I were watching my niece and nephews and it's always easier at the park. They are so much fun to take pictures of. Check out the awesome rainboots on the youngest. He is such a hoot. Love it!!

Well after a lot of persuasion from family and friends, I've decided to start my photography business. I'm really excited about this. I love everything about photography from scoping out new locations, to taking the pictures, to editing them, but mostly seeing the reaction I get when people see their photos. I have done mostly landscape photography (because the landscape doesn't complain when they see me coming with my camera....again). However I've really enjoyed developing my skills as a portrait photographer.

I don't want to take your average everyday portraits. I am hoping to bring your personality to life in a photo, so that when you look at it you know exactly what that person is like. I really like to snap the candid shots where you are just being yourself.

I'm not an expert photographer but I certainly do enjoy it.
